Spiritual Coaching is a process of one to one sessions aimed at pointing you towards your own Spiritual Nature and Wisdom and to discovering the Universal Intelligence all around and within you with view to integrating everyday life into Spirituality.
We can work within your own spiritual framework, or you may find that the coaching process moves you in a specific direction.
I may suggest certain practices or meditations or point you towards certain teachings or books – some of them may be my own.
But the objective is for you to find your own path and to allow your own wisdom to unfold. A spiritual coach can point in certain directions, help to remove obstacles and clarify misunderstandings. But ultimately, you will need to use this to discover your own Spiritual Self.
Usually, I offer this as a weekly session for a 6 week period (though we can spread the sessions out if this suits you better). I am also happy to do a one session coaching with you.

Spiritual Mentoring is similar to coaching but is a longer term relationship and requires a greater commitment.
Initially this will be based on 12 weekly sessions which is part of a package including teachings and meditation downloads, and a transmission (Wholly Spiritual Breakthrough Programme)
To establish if we are a right fit, this will involve an initial FREE Skype conversation during which we will begin the process. You can then decide without any obligation if you would like to continue with it.

“One thing: you have to walk, and create the way by your walking; you will not find a ready-made path. It is not so cheap, to reach to the ultimate realization of truth. You will have to create the path by walking yourself; the path is not ready-made, lying there and waiting for you. It is just like the sky: the birds fly, but they don’t leave any footprints. You cannot follow them; there are no footprints left behind.”
Would you like a much deeper experience of spirituality?
What would a deeper spiritual experience actually be like and how does it happen?
I accidentally discovered the answer to that in my mid twenties. I had been meditating and attending all kinds of spiritual workshops since I was 15, but nothing seemed to stick or to transform me.
Then I discovered how to deeply connect into the Universal Mind and I was blessed with a profoundly transformative experience.
It began with nightly visits in my dreams by a wise sage who seemed to download ancient teachings into my consciousness. Later, I discovered who he actually was when I walked into a Buddhist monastery and saw his picture.
Then one night I awoke to a space of luminosity in which I could directly know my true spiritual essence and the nature of everything. It turned out to be utterly simple and somewhat amusing.
That “awakening” changed everything. Even though the intensity did not last, I could never be the same again and from then onwards everyday life became inseparable from the Spiritual.
Prior to that, I had thought that such “breakthroughs” were reserved for special people or highly advanced adepts. I was certainly no such person. It turns out that deep spiritual experience is actually available here right now – it is just a question of knowing where to look and to stop doing certain things ( see my free eBook: The 5 common myths that spiritual seekers are caught up which prevent authentic spiritual breakthroughs)
My role as a Spiritual Mentor and Coach is to point you to what is already there yet not being seen and to tap into the vast power of the Universal Mind.
“I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.”
― Albert Einstein
“No man can reveal to you aught but that which already lies half asleep in the dawning of your knowledge. The teacher who walks in the shadow of the temple, among his followers, gives not of his wisdom but rather of his faith and his lovingness. If he is indeed wise he does not bid you enter the house of his wisdom, but rather leads you to the threshold of your own mind.”
― Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet
